After five moves in search of the right place, we found it in Franklin. That was ten years ago — and I’ve never stopped being grateful.
I’m Brandi — a luxury real estate advisor specializing in Williamson County. I understand what it means to make a move, to weigh your options carefully, and to choose a community you intend to grow into. Because I’ve done it myself.
Before Real Estate
Before real estate, I spent years in consulting — working with organizations to solve complex problems, identify what’s actually driving outcomes, and communicate clearly under pressure. I earned my MBA from Emory University with a concentration in marketing, and I bring that same analytical rigor to every client engagement I take on today.
That background isn’t incidental to what I do — it’s foundational to it. Real estate at this level is rarely just about the property. It’s about reading a market, structuring a negotiation, and helping people make one of the most consequential financial decisions of their lives with both confidence and clarity.
My family moved five times before we landed in Franklin — and I say “landed” intentionally, because that’s exactly what it felt like. Williamson County offered something we hadn’t found anywhere else: a genuine sense of place, a community that invests in itself, and the kind of quality of life that’s difficult to articulate until you’re living it.
Ten years later, my daughters are in high school here, our roots run deep, and my appreciation for this county has only grown. That personal investment shapes how I serve my clients — whether they’re buying in Franklin, Brentwood, College Grove, or anywhere across Williamson County. I know these communities not just as markets, but as places where families build their lives. And I know how to match the right buyer to the right neighborhood, and position a home to reflect the full value of where it sits.
Why Williamson County
“I don’t think of myself as a salesperson. I think of myself as an advisor who happens to specialize in one of the most meaningful asset classes there is.”
Who I Am Beyond Work
I give back to this community because it has given so much to my family. I’m an active member of Franklin First United Methodist Church, serve with our local chapter of the National Charity League alongside my daughters, support GraceWorks and its work serving our neighbors in need, and am a member of the 1937 Society at the Franklin Theatre — one of the most beloved institutions in this city. These aren’t obligations I check off; they’re the relationships and causes that keep me connected to what makes Williamson County worth fighting for.
Outside of work and volunteering, I’m on the tennis court, on a hiking trail, at the lake with my family, or in the kitchen getting ready for the next gathering. I love to travel and I love to host — and those same instincts carry into how I work: I prepare thoroughly, I pay attention to the details, and I genuinely care about the experience as much as the outcome.
If any of this resonates, I’d love to connect.
The clients I work best with tend to be thoughtful, intentional people who value a real conversation over a sales pitch. If that sounds like you — whether you’re buying, selling, or simply thinking ahead — let’s talk. No agenda, no pressure.
